::They might be good, or they might not. They led us to believe they would be out on Tuesday to do the work. Monday afternoon they told us they were busy and wouldn't be coming at all. We waited 4 days for NOTHING. Not even so much as a "sorry". Just: "Unfortunately with how busy our schedule is right now we would not be able to accommodate this service at this time." So, if they aren't coming on the day you call them, might as will call someone else. Who knows, maybe this was actually a blessing in disguise.
