  Great time!!! The rooms are new, comfortable and clean. The location couldn’t be better as it’s at the South end of Seven Mile Beach and just a few minutes into George Town. Enjoyed the food at the resort and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. There’s a lovely beach, pools (one with a swim-up bar) and the staff are great!. The beach is enclosed and its great for kids. I highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

  There were bugs in my bed the floor was dirty and there were no wash cloths. I don’t think the room was cleaned. The second room they gave me also had bugs. I showed the housekeeper. She told me it was lint. I showed her the live it on the wall. She killed it. I requested an ironing board. She brought me a broken iron board that she tried about 6 times to get it to stand. Of course, when I went to use it it dropped to the ground. Have video of the bugs crawling on my bed. He first time I stayed three had no problems. I was very disappointed this time. They called up and said the manager was going to take off a resort fee. That did not happen either. Just one thing after another. Very disappointing.

  Before I booked this resort I read a lot of the reviews. At first I had became very leary about staying at this resort. Let’s just don’t believe everything you read. This resort was nice, clean, quiet, and staff was extremely friendly. I even read that the pool area was horrible...the pools were awesome especially the swim up bar! My only complaint and it’s very minor that the elevators were a bit slow and hot. I slept in on Sunday because the beds were very comfortable. I’m the type of person who usually don’t leave reviews.....but I said hey I have got to give this hotel their props...especially from the bad reviews I had read previously. Margaritaville keep up the good work!😊😊😊 #room 526

  The Hotel is beautiful. The pools were great. The customer service was excellent. I did not go to the restaurants on site, so I can't really speak on that. But there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The only negative was the walk along the 7 mile beach. There is a wall in the way and you have to walk up against the wall and through the water to get to the other side.

  My boyfriend & I do a lot of traveling ! I must say that we had a blast here ! We didn’t really stay at the resort so much besides using the pool and jacuzzi. The seven mile beach is right outside of the hotels beach, so we pretty much would adventure off to the seven mile beach. We did rent a car and definitely recommend to a rent a car there’s a ton of places to eat on the island that are delicious ! The island is so safe and the locals are amazing ! The staff at the hotel are friendly and always making sure your okay. They are on top of everything to make sure your stay is fantastic ! Rooms were clean, bed was so comfortable, if your a couple that’s going on your first vacation, I will say the bathroom is a little awkward, but it didn’t bother us at all. It’s also difficult to get an ocean view room, but we did not mind because we barely spend time in the room. We would definitely recommend this hotel it’s worth it for the price.
