::Don't order as a vegan! Ordered two pizzas via Bentos, one veggie one vegan. Takes more than an hour for them to be ready to leave the restaurant (fair enough was a Friday night). When they arrive the vegan pizza has pepperoni, sausage/ground meat and no vegan cheese. The veggie pizza was fine, and my friend enjoyed it + said the mushrooms were good, so that's the two stars. We call and there's a lot of difficulty in being understood by staff at lucky slice and they are adamant that the order is correct. They ask for a photo but provide a number that doesn't appear to have WhatsApp, so we have to provide the photo to Bento instead. They then agree to send out another pizza. This second pizza then takes about 45 minutes to be ready, so by the time it's delivered it's been 2.5hours since we placed the order. The replacement pizza has some sort of ground up meat on it so we return it to the driver - the kitchen is now closed. Bento submit a refund request and the restaurant 100% refuse, despite delivering wrong pizzas and taking 2.5 hours to do so. They claim the replacement pizza was right but if so the vegan cheese somehow looks exactly like ground meat, is lumpy and not distributed across the pizza. Have never seen anything like it and given the first pizza they sent it's difficult to believe. Really disappointing that they've kept the money (more than $20 CI for a pizza that didn't turn up after two and a half hours)

::Food and location are great. 2 for 1 pizza on Mondays! Server knowledge could definitely better for the differences of vegan and vegetarian but everything turned out good. We used to do take out from here but delivery times were often up to 2 hours, so it was great to dine out, and we will definitely continue to do so with an old fav :)

::The service was very slow but the pizza was incredibly delicious. I was pleasantly surprised! My waitress was very nice and the manager (or who I assumed to be) was actively there keeping the place in order. Nice little spot for some good food.

::Pizza was ok. Did it by the slice Sauce wasn't much in flavor. Crust was crispy and thin. Nothing to dress it at the tables. Garlic cheese mini slices were very good.

::A little known unknown place in main city of George Town on the 2nd floor of Bayshore Mall. Very adventured there on our last evening for some local fresh pizza. We ordered a half/half where kids ordered cheese and we got the mushroom something. Though it took a while it was worth it. Tasted fresh and was prepared fresh with NY style crust.
