  In January I put my house up for sale on Ecay and was approached by Kerry Whittaker, the owner of Limestone Realty Group, about trying to sell/ rent the property for me. I had issues with using a realtor in the past so I was sceptical but he gave a great speech about only having to pay if they found a buyer/ renter and that he kept his business small so he could give his clients the attention they needed and blah blah. Wanting to support a small local business I decided to give him a chance. He came through with another potential buyer who was supposed to provide a $10,000 deposit within a week of signing and rent the property until the mortgage was processed. I have never received the deposit. From the first month he was responsible for paying the mortgage and strata as agreed in our contract the payments have been late. Every single month. He would go DAYS ignoring my calls and messages to finally answer and promise he was heading to the bank right then to make payments and would send me receipts, which rarely ever happened. He has been collecting rent from the tenant and keeping the money for himself instead of fulfilling his payment obligations. I have had to take legal action to try and collect the thousands of dollars Kerry and his company LRG have essentially STOLEN from me. After I signed with him a few people had passed remarks that he was a thief but I know Caymanians can be crabs when they’re ready so I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. Clearly that was a mistake. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KERRY WHITTAKER OR LIMESTONE REALTY GROUP!!!!!!
