::I used IMP in November to move from and apartment to a house across town. We didn’t have much furniture to move just a sectional couch and some boxes. They were friendly and finished the move in an hour and a bit. I would use them again, price was fair.

::My shipment was misplaced in their warehouse. When I did not receive the shipment I contacted the company whom did not return my calls and once the shipment was forwarded it arrived in poor condition with missing and damaged items. Clothing items had to be discarded due to mildew scent. Although the company admitted their error they have refused any compensation.
