::I wish I could leave 0 stars. Staff think you work for them, ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT toward anyone's time. Was there once for over 3 hours, just before 4 they closed up shop and told us we had to come back to stand in line the next morning. The inspectors are very rude. Avoid at all cost, go to West Bay. Friendly staff and efficient.

::If you have a residence on the island you can get a drivers license. In the past you could also purchase a used car license plate for $8 CI. Nice souvenir to take home, and they sell them to the public, or at least used to. But don't be in a hurry, they are on Cayman Time!

::As with any other government organizing the wait can be a bit tiresome. Try to avoid at the ned/beginning of the month at all cost. Get there first thing in the morning.
