A bank stuck in the last century. Back when there were paper records, cards without pins, no mobile banking, few and clunky ATMs running on Windows NT, and transfers that cost money and take 1 week. It's surprising that a museum relic like this bank manages to stick around. There's an incredible aversion to modernization and security. It's scary but mostly just so bizarre.
Appalling customer service. The bank manager Regina Oliver abuses the power of her position and cares nothing for banking customers of Cayman National Bank. NOT professional at all. If I owned this bank, I'd start firing people immediately.
