  This place is great. Awesome hospitality awesome food. But if this isn't something you wanna treat yourself to and not think of the cost, don't go because it is pricey

  Exceptional customer service extended by all staff throughout my stay. The grounds are manicured and the interior decor tasteful. The fitness center is well equipped and expansive. I can not wait to return and view the renovations starting this autumn.

  A stellar retreat and everything you'd expect from the Ritz Carlton. While a large property, you have direct beach access and two pools. While the beach pool is usually busy with families, kids and floats, the other is quieter and pool attendants are always nearby and ready to help. The property is on 7 mile beach which offer perfect white sand, beach chairs, cabanas and access to other hotels. The Ritz has numerous restaurants...the sushi restaurant is great and offers fresh wasabi and cooked items, the Italian restaurant offers good food and pizzas and the beach restaurant offers perfect frozen drinks and pool-side service. The service is excellent and people always willing to help in any way. The hotel rooms are comfortable with access to Netflix in-room. A great getaway where expectations are always met.

  We just walked from the residences to the hotel. The rooms in the hotel have a pool or golf course view. It was OK but did not have Caribbean flair in the indoor spaces. The outdoor pool by the residences was beautiful. The pool by the hotel was nice but nothing special except for the whales' tails and the water arcing from the filter lions' heads.

  We can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. From checking in with Rachel from Florida, we felt welcomed. The room was spacious and amazing, and very clean. The staff all around the hotel was so cheerful- from the housekeeping staff to the hardworking people on the beach helping out- they all seem to love their jobs! Raymond the concierge was AMAZING, and went above and beyond with his help and recommendations. The on property dining was also extremely wonderful- we tried Blue, Taikun and were very pleased. We also chartered out on one of the hotel’s boats for a 3 hour snorkel trip and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!
