  Despite numerous emails confirming my reservation, even an email requesting my flight number a few days before i arrived to which I responded AND numerous assurances they'd be open on Christmas Day, I had to take a taxi to GoCayman Car Rental after waiting an inordinate amount of time for the shuttle which of course never showed up, only to be met with a sign on the door saying "Closed Christmas Day"; combined with an additional note that they wouldn't open until the next day between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. And no, it's not like someone was there earlier in the day and just happened to leave shortly before I showed up. The sign was quite clear about that. I spoke to Nick when they finally opened and he appeared genuinely apologetic, but that doesn't change anything.

  I've been here multiple times and I'll always keep coming back. They have great costumer service (absolutely wonderful) they help me out with planning my journey. They're close to the airport so it's easy to access (just a few minutes walk if your even up for it).

  Normally just use the large car rental agencies but this small company on Shedden Road provides amazing customer service. Love these guys! Lowest cash deposit on the island. Highly recommended.

  Provide quick quotes from the top agencies and actually call back with the lowest rates!. Who does that anymore? They also have discount codes for Avis, Andy's and Hertz (local websites only).
